COVID-19
Due to Covid-19, Staffing, Shipping and the current volume of shipping orders, International shipping lines are significantly delayed. Express Delivery is also not currently available.
We offer free shipping to most worldwide destinations. However, kindly note that shipping costs are applied to bulky, oversized and heavy items.
All orders are shipped immediately, within 1 business day. (Due to covid - Allow 3 business days) Orders that are placed over a weekend or a holiday are dispatched on the following working day.
Shipping and delivery service is to your door or to the nearest designated Post Office. Kindly note that Delivery does not include unpacking or assembly.
Shipping Methods
Shipping carriers are chosen based on location, size and weight of product to be shipped. We use worldwide 3rd party shipping carriers that may include UPS, FedEx, DHL, Ali Express or any other contracted worldwide courier.
International Shipping – Zones
The indicated delivery times serve as guidelines. Shipping delays may also occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this be the case, you will be informed as soon as possible.

*Shipping costs will vary from country to country and from item to item. This is calculated at checkout as the necessary dimensions, volumetric weight and actual weight must be calculated to apply to costs. Shipping charges for your order will then be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Let Kidz Play is not responsible for any customs, duties, tarriffs and or taxes that may be levied against your imported item. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (Import duty, tariffs, taxes etc.)
Damages
Let Kidz Play is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim at support@letkidzplay.com. Please save and retain all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Returns - Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. And
To return your product, kindly do contact us, for a return authorisation number #. This will allow us to make suitable arrangements for the return of the product you wish to return; especially in the case where the item is damaged.
Under some circumstances and depending on the nature of the item to be returned, you may be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs may also be non-refundable under some circumstances or the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please Note:
- Please do email us at Support@letkidzplay.com prior to returning any item and include your proof of purchase from us.
- In the case of a damaged product, kindly do include a photo of the item you wish to return to us.
